Envisioned to become a mixed use resort destination in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, The JB Destination Resort is planned and programed to provide a unique array of facilities to target all age groups. The development programs provide world class car racing tracks, large water park with shopping mall, high rise CBD district, mangrove eco-home communities, floating villas, marina homes, treetop hotels, mangrove hotels and a 6km long eco-trail winding along the banks of the existing river. With over 1000 hectares of property located within mangrove zones, the low-impact, eco sensitive aspects of the design became the center of the entire successful planning effort.
