The project location is in north part of Palawan with over 1km long pristine white sand beach. Client has vision to create a mixed use tourist destination that serves local and international visitors. Planners carefully reviewed the site and surrounding environment, and provided site sensitive land use feasibility study and concept development ideas for the development and for land sales. The development program includes pedestrian friendly commercial streets, resorts, hotels and private residential villa lots.
